Thank you for your kind words. We have thousands of satisfied customers but not everyone takes the time to post a good review. See this link - https://www.shopperapproved.com/reviews/Seatingmind.com We look forward to servicing you again.

I found seating mind in a Google search. I was impressed by the inventory & the price points. The site was easy to navigate and I am excited to get the elegantly designed Herman Miller Mirra chair I ordered.

Great communication. All my questions were responded to quickly and the timeframes were exactly as they stated. Lenna was especially helpful during the process.

Outstanding customer service and commitment on the promise to resolve my issue. Specifically the seat of my chair failed and I requested a replacement seat. Customer service advised they did not have any in stock and were having hard time to find them. CS team advised I buy one myself and they would reimburse me, I was a bit skeptical but I had no option. I ordered a replacement and sent in the receipt to CS. I was advised a payment would be sent as soon as possible, at this point I was more than pleased and surprised, in today’s world I was not expecting a response. A week later I receive a check for the full amount of the seat, wow exceptional customer service, they found a way to resolve my problem and kept their promise to send a full refund to cover all my costs. Very Memorable experience, so nice to deal with a company that has Empowered Customer Service (Excellence) staff

I recently purchased a Herman Miller Chair from Seating Mind. Their price and service were competitive with other chair suppliers. The chair was delivered within the promised two-week period. Seating Mind kept me informed as to the status of the delivery of the chair. The chair arrived in excellent condition and met my expectations.

That was very thoughtful to place a positive testimonial. Most people only put in the negative comments. We have literary thousands of satisfied customers but they do not take the time out to write a quick note as you did. Thank you from of all us at seatingmind.

In my quest to buy 2 Herman Miller Aeron chairs I was let down by a few online retailers and started to think a nicely conditioned Aeron chair for sub $600 was too good to be true - then Abe at SeatingMind came thru for me and I'm a beliver again that good deals do exist. Madison Seating = BAD and frustrating SeatingMind.com = Awesome and reliable! Stuart

Apart from a bit of a wait for shipping, I've been very happy doing business with this company. After a couple months of use, I had a minor issue with the chair I ordered. The response from customer service was immediate and I had a tracking number for my replacement part within a couple days. Maybe I'm just the lucky one, but from my experience the customer service complaints on here seem unfounded.

Thank you for your review. We sell thousands of chairs annually and unfortunately the few bad reviews we get from time to time as every company gets, does not tell the true story of who we are and what we represent. We give outstanding customer service and stand by what we do . Thank you again.

Very high-quality product--exactly as described. Expertly packaged and rapidly shipped. If I ever have to buy another high-quality chair (Herman Miller) my first stop will be Seatingmind. It really is as good as new.
