Don’t write a review when you just made an order, folks. This is not a good idea to shop here. I made order and waited like one month and they kept saying stupidly like “i am sorry but we are working on it” what? Making this chair from nothing or what? Aren’t You just supposed to find this used chair and clean, then ship it? This is BS business. I had hard time to get my money back so I told them I would opening a case from my credit card company and then they refunded my money. I doubt they don’t have that chair in the first place and this scam.

It’s been 7 days since ordering. Seatingmin.com Charged and collected money from my credit card. Order number was generated and no news about order processing or shipping information.

Took the advice and searched NJ licensing website. NJ companies are required to have an online sellers license. This company doesn't show up on NJ government websites. Try it yourself - search for "newjersey mylicense verification" and see if you can find anything legit about this company. (Jacob if you reply to this post and say you are legit - then tell us how to find your license details online on an official gov. website - like you can with all other legit websites.) Jacob will no doubt blame everyone else as he always does, and only respond to the negative complaints, and ignore all the polite emails sent to him for weeks / months before customers are driven to having to try other actions. So let's all band together and take our complaints to those that can do something about it! File your compliant directly with NJ office on consumer affairs. They have a file compliant button on their website. Help stop the others falling victim to this behavior.

My patience is gone. Months of trying to be understanding because of Covid-19, but these are clearly ethical issues and not covid 19 related. All these complaints sound so familiar. I ordered a chair, it was sent only after months of pressing and asking where the order was. When it was delivered, it was the wrong specification. The headrest add-on option was missing. It didn't have the adjustable arms. I gave them months to correct the issue, a long thread that ended up with no refund, not replacement and the best they would suggest - was that I paid for it to be shipped back myself and then they would provide a refund. Highly unethical company and it appears they are not actually licensed in NJ. I always try to leverage multiple respected sources, like Better Business Bureau and TrustPilot - in this case I didn’t and I regret it, since all those resources tell the same story. It's important we try to help others from this behavior. Please take the time to report the suspected fraud to the authorities who can take meaningful action against the company and individuals. PLEASE take the time to help others!!! I have no options now other than to Dispute my charges with credit card company, with PayPal - so Seating mind is flagged if this is a pattern. I will also file a compliant with NJ office of consumer affairs and notify the NJ department of business licensing and NJ department of revenue. Just search "new jersey consumer affairs complaint"

Chair arrived dirty and broken. In addition all the options I ordered were not present. It was not until after I emailed them that I was told it was on backorder and would be sent separately. I didn't know I was ordering a put it together yourself deal. In addition, there was an almost 4 week delay getting the chair out. During that time, there was no communication, complete radio silence. I highly recommend staying the heck away!

I guess posting like this is the only way to get this company's attention. After I reviewed this company last month on Trustpilot I did get a response from Jacob asking what resolution I wanted, but no action towards actual resolution. I have emailed this company now probably 20 times about my order -- wrong chair sent and in very poor condition, and they expect me to pay a restocking fee when it was completely their fault? After Jacob's response on 6/29 and my reply to him I have heard nothing, despite repeated emails to the company since then. Jacob, review this order and my numerous emails to you and your company and provide me with a full refund. I agree with the vast majority of the dissatisfied customers on this website. Seatingmind is a scam, from my horrible experience with the company.

Jacob, the owner, refused to refund the full 100% of the order. Simply, the business is a racket where they sell inventory they never had in stock, wait for you to cancel, and scrape 10%. Very unethical and dishonest way to operate business. We will be pursuing legal action if anyone wants to join a class action. UPDATE: Yes, you informed me of your scam after you refused to ship my order in a timely manner. Clock is ticking for you to make me 100% whole before an injunction is filed on your scam.

I purchased a chair from this website 4 months ago. It was estimated that it would take three weeks due to the coronavirus backing up their supply line. Fine, I understand. After 3 months, I finally received an update from their horrible support network that took 3-4 days to answer each email that I would be receiving my chair within the next week. After getting an update that said my chair was delivered, it was never actually delivered. Fedex and Seatingmind kept sending me to each other to fix the issue. Neither provided a solution to my missing chair and now I can't get a response from their support network as I guess I have already been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Do NOT use this service.
