I placed an order and did not receive anything. I've tried calling and sending emails and no one has responded. This company does not appear to be honestly sending products and does not have any method for contacting customer service. Terrible experience with them and would not recommend.

I ordered 3 chairs from seating mind. I assembled two of them, but the third was missing four critical parts. I contact them and they responded with a request for pictures. I sent the requested pictures and after contacting them numberous times over the next 3 weeks, I had still not received my parts. I set up a PayPal dispute and they indicated they would not send me the parts with a dispute pending... apparently they won't send them without one either... still working through getting money back because I let dispute close thinking seating mind would send parts after. I wish I had just purchased at Costco for better price and I could have just returned the chair. Don't endure the frustration I did...

Do not buy from this company! Ordered a refurbished chair that was the furthest thing from being refurbished as well as being broken. I reached out to customer service for a remedy with no response. Three weeks later after filing a dispute with the credit card company they finally responded through some customer contracting firm that handles complaints. Provided all the pictures of the damage including some of the 5 years worth of hair that was wadded up in the wheels which kept them from rolling and did not hear anything back. Next credit card bill the amount was put back on my statement. After further inquiry on my dispute with the credit card, I was informed that Seatingmind told them that they had sent me a return label (which they did not) and had not received the merchandise. After having this thing drag on for several months now, the dispute is now in question and these thieves might be getting off the hook. Don't let it happen to you.

After filing a complaint with the NJ Attorney General, and telling SeatingMind. I got my money back. Only 10 months from start to finish! Former Review _ 1. Bought chair. Hmmmm, used not refurbished. 2. Returned chair. Thanks for trying to return my money. That bank account is closed, can't just credit that dead card. Lot's of email with a very nice CS person (Fay) but clearly her superiors don't give a rats ass about giving me my money back. 3. Literally a month later still no $. 4. Might as well burned $495 because it looks like I am SOL. 5. TEN MONTHS from start to finish filing a complaint and telling Seating Mind got my $ back!

I have contacted customer service multiple times via email (the phone number does not patch you through to a representative) stating that I would like to send the chair (that has defective armrests) back for a full refund. So far I have received no response. My cousin bought a chair a few months ago from the same company. He had to return his chair and he has still not received a credit back for the original amount that was charged to his credit card. I am hoping this will not be my experience as well.

Nope. Don’t buy here. Took a month to receive a broken chair, and now they won’t respond. Super frustrating.

I have an issue with my order and called customer service. The voice recording indicated to send an email to customer service. Ive emailed customer service twice and have not received a reply.
