Due to weather conditions, my tour un august 2019 was canceled. I have no problem with that, it can happen. But the issue is that i was refunded 5 months later, despite my numerous recall ( phone and emails). This is not normal, bad commercial practises. I would not recommend this company.

I have lived in nyc all my life. I never knew this was an option. Amazing guides, amazing company and an unbelievable way to see the city. Couldn’t recommend higher!!!

I love to rent wave-runners wherever I travel, but had never thought of doing it around New York, where I live and grew up. This was awesome. Such a great new way to see sights I’ve known and seen for years.
