Overbooked and canceled
They canceled day of because they had overbooked that day. No offer of a discount of offered at the time, and we couldn’t reschedule as it was the last day of our trip. I can’t speak to the experience of the activity but having planned our day around this it was frustrating having it canceled even though we had paid.

I am sure our need to cancel was very frustrating. I reviewed your booking and it looks like we called to reschedule/refund within 24 hrs. We do not overbook as an approach to business and rarely need to cancel (with the exception of weather). Your case was caused by a booking system failure that allowed for overbooking. All customers pay in full at time of booking and we have no reason to purposely overbook anyone. Again, sorry for the frustration and if you ever want to give a try again a significant discount will be here waiting. Thanks Adam Owner
