Availability, speed of delivery and quality of part was great.

The ordering process was simple but a bit frustrating to deal with an AI robot because it is difficult to get answers to questions one may have. Also, I thought $31 was an exorbitant amount of money for only two sweeper bags. In the past, I was able to buy a three pack for under $12 at a Sears store. It is true that half of the price I paid for the bags was the cost of freight, however, again, those two bags were very expensive in my opinion.

BUYER BEWARE!! Not only will you ever receive order but you will never get to talk to anyone about cancellation. You can chat but will never get results. They will continue to say wait 1-3 business with cancellation confirmation but will never get email. Horrible service!! I’m out $300 and can talk to no one!!

The part was rather expensive for a plastic cap, however I tried other cheaper options and were never the correct size. The order process was easy and updates were given regarding shipment which was surprisingly quick. My order was at Christmas time. Am sure Dishwasher will work much better now that am able to use rinse aide after cap fell off and melted.

The part was exactly what the Kenmore washing machine needed. It was easy to replace and everything started working like before
