Chat help & best search results
Needed to reverse look-up a phone number. Had some difficulty with input of my credit card information. Went on their chat (with Paul) and was helped very quickly and very courteously. Card was needed to create the account, but no charge was made to the card. In addition, a different service resulted in no information being found, but Searchbug came back with a complete name & address. I am completely happy with their service.

This company is legit
This company is legit! Very customer focused and their customer support is one of the best I have experienced. The products they produce are accurate and extremely helpful to our company. Be aware of similar companies that offer low prices because they may be selling all the data you upload. Searchbug has a 100% privacy policy and they do not sell your data.
