SearchBergReviews of searchberg.com

recently had the pleasure of working with Richard to revamp and redesign my DJ/Entertainment company website, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. Throughout the entire process, Richard and David maintained clear and prompt communication with me. They both took the time to listen to my ideas, preferences, and goals, ensuring that the final product not only meet but exceed my expectations. Richard's expertise and dedication to his work were evident from the beginning of the project, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. He meticulously fine tuned every aspect of the website, from the layout and color scheme to the functionality and user interface. The result is a visually stunning and user-friendly website that perfectly summarizes the essence of my DJ and entertainment services. I highly recommend Richard and his team to anyone seeking a skilled and reliable web designer. If you're looking to elevate your online presence and create a website that stands out, Richard is the go-to professional you can trust. Thank you, Richard & David for your outstanding work and for helping my DJ and entertainment company Shine online!

These guys are efficient and professional. Great to work with.

My experience with Search Berg has been fantastic. They are great and easy to work with. Richard our project manager is especially great. I don't want to forget about our Account Manager Marcus he is truly phenomenal at what he does. Do yourself a favor and work with them!

I have used SearchBerg for the past 3 months to redesign my website. They did an amazing job. I was using another service and had no idea once I let Darell at Searchberg do his thing. I am so pleased. They are terrific at communication. and they are willing to go so many steps beyond to get things right. They were in touch with me constantly. They asked the right questions and did exactly what I wanted. This was all new to me. Now I am excited to see how they do SEO. I am so glad I found this company.

SearchBerg replaced my whole website, unfortunately they didn't understand what my business was even after multiple phone calls and emails explaining what we do, I basically was doing the job for them because every time I asked a question about what was their "professional" recommendation about different designs or layouts or other things related to the website SearchBerg told me that it was up to me, they are supposed to be the experts not me. The SEO campaign got me zero leads and they blamed my products and prices for this. At the beginning before agreeing to pay for the service they told me that to start seeing results three months of campaign were needed and, after those three months, they told me I should buy another three months or better one year of their services. When I called to ask about the "Money back 100% Guarantee" they told me to prove to them that they offer that guarantee, and that if it was not written I couldn't apply for it. I'm a small business and for all the money I put into this I got zero results; my husband gets more leads on his FB posts than the work of this company. SearchBerg should work with the customer to understand the needs of the business and shouldn't offer something that they are not going to achieve, they also shouldn't be hiring people in other countries to create the SEO campaigns or re-design websites as every country has different vocabulary and sometimes, they have different terms that we don't really use in the U.S. even if in those countries they speak English, I had to correct all those text and posts for the SEO campaign and it was exhausting and time consuming. The design of my previous website was not much different from what they replaced it with, but SearchBerg convinced me that I needed a brand new one. On top of everything I had to hire someone to correct the mistakes they left on the website. I wouldn't recommend SearchBerg to anyone. I would better go with smaller companies that take the time to know my business and that you actually pay until the work is done because once you make the payment to SearchBerg you are not going to get it back.

Sam is patient, and thorough. I will always refer him to my friends.

Jeffrey is very professional and very helpful! He’s the Best!

Kate Hall and the SearchBerg Team have gained my confidence, gotten a new GoogleMyBusiness Profile created after Google disabled the original, have worked to optimize the new GMB Profile, and have gotten my phone ringing again with business calls. I'm very grateful to Kate and her SearchBerg Team. BTW, Kate is a very pleasant personality, polite, professional with an even-tempered tone of voice too.
