Sears is a great place to buy everything from lawnmowers to clothes love this store great friendly staff.

We ordered mattress over three weeks ago. Got a confirmation of delivery. Next day received a text confirming delivery. Twenty minutes later, a text stating that delivery was rescheduled three weeks from now! Called customer service. Was transferred all over the place, four times (two hours on the phone). Could not understand a word they were saying. The accents/language pronunciations are unbelievable. I requested to be transferred to an office in US. They said it was not possible. Sears.com is quick to charge you for the merchandise, but don't care to deliver it. No wonder it's going out of business. Stay away from Sears.com I still don't have a mattress, or my money!! The costumer service is the absolute worse. Can't get through to anyone who can help. Disappointed is an understatement!!

Sears will not pick up damaged delivered merchandise!. We received a large, damaged medicine cabinet. It was nearly impossible to finally talk to a representative about it which did no good. We are now stuck with trying to get rid of it! DO NOT BUY AT SEARS!!!

we love Sears! only kenmore appliances are in my house. would never buy from a lumberyard! stick with the best! will never shop anywhere else. also the installers are wonderful. been a loyal customer since 1963. Sears has great clothing and shoes as well. they have it all

Kenmore washing machine do not clean clothes had service people out 7 times they said to purchase LG or Samsung they would not let us return washer no longer will purchase anything from Sears

I have 30 buck I want to use to order a part it paysfor the price of the part item and will not allow you to not the saletaxand shipping exsample part is 9.99 and you have 3000 onit you wil, have 20left and you have to pay shipping and taxes out of you own pocket .iwant to buy an item 9.99 and shipping is 9.99 and plus taxes and they should deduct it.i was mad I told them off I wont shop at sear never againi wish you can do the whole order 2298 tax andshipping add and have 7 buck left I,m very disappointed .it stupid the are idiot that no way to do business amazon.com is not that way sear lost my business I was mad I told a few customer in the parking lot wjat happen and they did not go in sear case them away you are sucker

I bought a Samsung frig from sears along with an extended war, about a year later it broke down and I called to have it repaired. the Micky Mouse outfit they used for the repair took 4and1/2 month to get the job done!!! Not only did I loose food twice I had to buy a mini frig for 300$ to hold me over. And as far as making a food claim I logged on to the web site and tried it asked for so much crap, that I could not find, that my frustration got the best of me and I gave up!!! There fix was a 100$ sears gift card . What a joke!!!!!!
