Seaonic was built around a very simple idea: instead of adding isolated ingredients or unnecessary extras, return to a natural mineral balance that supports the body at a foundational level. Hi Karen, Thank you so much for your review — and I’m really glad to hear you love the product 🤍 I’m sorry to hear there was confusion around the subscription selection. That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. We offer both one-time purchase and subscription options, and sometimes the subscription (which includes a saving) can be selected without it being immediately obvious. You’re always in full control — you can switch to a one-time purchase, pause, or cancel anytime directly through your customer portal. If you’d prefer, just email us and we’ll sort it out for you immediately. We truly appreciate you and your support, Karen. Thank you for bringing this to our attention 🙏

Hi Brian, thank you for clarifying how you’re using Seaonic, that really helps. Drinking 32–40 oz of plain water immediately after a sachet can significantly dilute electrolyte levels, which may explain why you’re not feeling better. That’s a large volume to drink in one go, is that your normal hydration pattern? Our recommended approach would be: • 1 sachet first thing on an empty stomach • Wait at least 5 minutes before drinking water • Then drink about 8 oz of water • For a 5–8 mile walk, one sachet total is usually sufficient • Continue sipping water as normal during the walk, but avoid chugging large volumes at once Electrolytes work through concentration gradients, so large amounts of plain water in one go can rapidly dilute blood electrolyte levels and blunt the effect. We’d be happy to help you dial this in so you can properly assess the product.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, K.W. Everyone’s physiology and mineral needs are different, and not every product is the right fit for every individual. If something doesn’t feel supportive for you personally, stopping is always the right choice. If you’re open to it, we’re happy to look into your reference number and help understand what may have contributed to your experience, or offer guidance should you wish to revisit it in a different way in future. Wishing you continued good health.
