The Seahawk team was responsive and worked diligently to bring our Endotext website to completion. Communication was consistent, and they were collaborative in addressing issues as they came up. I appreciate the effort and professionalism throughout the project.

We're pleased with the new fresh look and functionality of our website. The clean design and easy navigation make the educational information readily accessible. Integrating a blog creates a focal point for readers, offers direct interaction is readers desire, and streamlines access to recently added educational content. Bulk of the work occurred over a 4-5 month (Feb-June 25) period as transfer of so much educational material is time consuming and tedious. Communication worked reasonably well given the time zone differences. The project coordinator's (Vishal Jogani) oversight guided the team's work smoothly at each phase. Period zoom visits for updating were quite helpful. Their continuing availability for additional minor changes is appreciated.

Nice team to work with. We use Seahawk primarily to do a lot of our website production work in order to free up other in-house resources. The team we work with are very easy to communicate with despite the significant time zone differences. They are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try things. We appreciate that they ask for clarification when they need it rather than wasting time and money by muddling through something they don't understand or that we delivered incorrectly to them. They are very responsive to getting work completed on time in most cases and often the projects that are not completed on time are due to issues on our end. One area of improvement would be to check the work and test all links and downloads before putting anything into review with our team. We have had repeated issues of broken links or downloads not working. Seahawk is hungry for additional opportunities to show us other things they are capable of so we are keeping an eye out for those opportunities to partner with them further.

Quick in responses and flexibel.

I got my website created. Apart from some delays I am happy with the work done.

Working with Seahawk was a great experience. The team went above the standard in the areas of communication and customer service.

Timelines can be a struggle, however a truly lovely team that makes every effort to grow your business.
