I have Seadek products on all of my coolers and two of my Native Watercraft kayaks. I am pleased with the decking and pads and plan to completely outfit my inshore fishing boat from bow to stern with Seadek.

I ordered 3 sheets, found defects in all of them. Filed 2 warranty claims for replacements. One claim was approved, the second not yet acknowledged. As yet no replacement sheets arrived. Disappointing quality and very slow customer service.

Hi Ian. Oh no, we greatly apologize for this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We just met with our shipping lead to discuss this and we grabbed the 3 sheets that are needing to be replaced -and they are going out TODAY. You should be receiving them soon. Again, we apologize for this and we are so happy that you brought this to our attention so that we could fix it. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we greatly appreciate you and your business. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. We are more than happy to help. -The SeaDek Team
