I called and explained what I needed and was told exactly what was best for my application and how much I needed for the job and it was spot on. Not my first time using the product so I knew what to expect. SeaDek is an excellent product in material and how it sticks. This stuff is like iron and super easy to keep clean. You will not in any way be disappointed with this product.

Love your product but I ordered a darker gray and got a light grey almost white I went ahead and installed due to time constraints and it shows every footprint I am going to have to reorder later and pull up the light and install the darker grey
Response from SeaDekDec 16, 2020
Hello Michael! Oh no, we are sorry to hear that. We reviewed your order and it looks like you did order 3 sheets of the cool grey. If the sheets were unused, we could certainly do an exchange for the correct color. However, if they are already installed the pads are not exchangeable. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We truly appreciate you and your business. Whenever you are ready to place your next order, give us a call at 321-632-4466 and we will ensure you place the order for the correct color. In the meantime, we will send you some Dek Magic samples to help with those footprints!

I tried twice to purchase your product for my boat and have been unsuccessful. When I inquired about replacing my carpet set I stated I have the originals for templates and asked if the company had my boat specs in their files. I received drawings for my swim platform which I did not ask for and was told that is all they have, I responded to email and asked about my original inquiry and was told that is all they have and referred me to previous email for options to get custom seadek. Not helpful, maybe a recommendation of how my existing carpet could be used for templates etc. just some guidance would be nice. The website is not great or straightforward, this is not just me other people who have purchased from seadek have said same. You have a nice product but really need to step up your customer service. I ordered samples weeks ago and still have nothing. Frustrating.....

Hi Frank, Thank you for leaving us a review. Unfortunately, templates from carpets are not recommended. We suggest templating right on your boat to verify the parts you are tracing are accurate. We have videos that walk you through the template process as well. We can send you an email with that again. As for your sample, 92001901755477000416049155 is the tracking number. It looks like USPS has a delay on the package but says it should be delivered soon.

First time buyer and extremely pleased with the quality of the items purchased. I can see now why this company has the reputation that attracted me as well. I would not hesitate to make another purchase to compliment my boat. Thank you very much.
