Took a long time to be delivered, but I really like the product!

Well the order took longer than expected but everything else went well. The little bags are great and as described.

Still haven’t received my item after 2 weeks and that bizarre list of updates as this small item passes through a myriad of other country’s customs.

Took it seemed for ever to ship and arrive yet received emails at every stage of the process Was tad much for me. Bags arrived and cheap

It’s a long process the delivery has to go through. I understand this is just how customs works. The products are good quality and have become very affordable and handy.

Can I give them negative 10 stars??? After 16 emails they finally responded. I told them the ad NEVER said your hands could not be immersed in water or the polish comes off. I wanted to return the polish ( this was before I even got it) they didn't reply for awhile. Then they offered me a $2 refund from my $28.37 I spent. I said some not so choice words in my reply email and it took them 3 days to reply that the max they could give back was $6. I was like are you kidding me???? Then after saying I was going to out them on all social platforms they said they would take the product back but it would cost me $59 or higher to ship back to them. I looked at the package and it came from chicago!!! I wrote back the return address is Chicago HOW is that $59 to return??? NO REPLY YET!!!

I was informed on the process so I never had to ask for any information.
