Do not buy from this company, Fake company. They have a 1 hour order cancellation policy which is crazy. Emailed them 3 times to cancel my order, and still haven’t received a response. Ships from China. Had to take matters into my own hands and submit a charge back request. Do not buy from this company

Received this item and it took over a month, I tried canceling it before even receiving it and got automated responses or repetitive messages. I’ve emailed them for a few months now begging them to take back my UNOPENED product and they just give me the run around. It has to be the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced

Don’t double order the company won’t give you your money back and you can’t return your items even if you’ve never opened it. The confirmation is delayed, so don’t expect one immediately that’s why I double ordered. Hard with money being tight and it hurt me.

I ordered on 2/23 my package was shipped on 2/28. Upon delivery I opened a thinly padded envelope that contained a crushed box with item contents and no shipping protection. Needless to say I was a bit upset that they would be so negligent to ship this from China this way. I sent them an email on 3/16 requesting return instructions due to the condition it was delivered to me and very clearly asked for a refund because I was within their 30 day money back guarantee that they have as a banner on their website. 3/18 I emailed again. Same request. 3/20 I received a response very generic in nature-Dear Customer, For complete information about our products, services and policies, please visit our website. Your satisfaction and safety is our top priority. ​ Best, SculptHer Customer Support 3/20 I replied once again reminding them of the money back guarantee on the website but I had also discovered that it was printed on the box of the device as well. 3/22 they respond with same generic email as above. 3/22 I tried to contact them through their contact page of their website and sent multiple pictures of the delivered package. 3/22 they email me requesting order #. 3/24 they ask me for more details about my concern!! 3/24 responded by expressing my displeasure with their company and the fact that they are giving false guarantees that they will not honor. 3/26 I receive the infamous generic email from above again. 3/26 I send my final email to them requesting that they do the right thing and stand behind all the guarantees they offer and show that they really do care for customer’s satisfaction as they claim to in every email. 3/29 receive email that my email is being forwarded to the customer support team. Today is 4/13 and I have never heard another thing back from this company. I feel that they lied to make the sale. And that is fraud, no matter how you look at it. ****Updated review- when Sophie replied to me on here claiming that they would like the opportunity to fix this I was very skeptical. But I figured I’d give them a chance. I emailed a message through the website with my order # and the mention that Sophie had told me to do so to help with my return. The response I got back was the same generic response as before. I think my only true course of action will be to file a complaint with the FTC. ***** ****2nd UPDATE ***** After following Sophie’s directions and replying to the returns dept. within the thread, to enable them to read all the communications that have taken place for almost 8 months now. A lady named Rachelle messaged me back and informed me that no one named Sophie works there! Wouldnt recommend. Poor value and I am having a terrible time with the customer service in getting a refund. (To date, I still have not received my money back) I received the product in early February of 2026, I did not like the product and have asked for a refund which I did on February14,2026. I have sent pictures and done everything requested by customer service to do in order to get a refund. I keep getting the run around and delayed responses. I just received a response saying we have to turn this request over to our relevant team for review which is the 2nd time I have received such an email! I am extremely frustrated with this company so beware...

I’ve emailed so many time my product just keeps showing label created nothing at all for updates no responds to emails nothing ridiculous.

From the beginning of the process was disappointed on check out - because they use shopify and it stores credit cards as soon as I clicked on cart the transaction was completed not giving me a chance to decide. I notified these folks and it took a week and I finally recd a response which didnt identify or even acknowledge the issue. WOW so finally recd item and what a lol. The bottle of solution is 2 oz. Have not tried device yet...considering the integrity issues I am no longer trusting to even use it. This company has customer service issues that threatens their integrity.
