Dishonest checkout. Says your order not complete press to compete checkout only to have bought additional products. I will be pushing this through the BBB and other reviews. Very dishonest

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Did to health issues I hoped to alleviate from the advertisements, I ordered a product from this company. When it arrived it never worked. I tried several different batteries to ensure the malfunction wasn't dead batteries. I reached out to customer service but never got a response. I waited almost a month and reached out again. I finally got a reply and promise of refund/exchange, but after 2 weeks without shipment confirmation, I reached out to see the status. I was given the excuse that I waited to late to report a defective device I wouldn't receive a refund or replacement. BUYER BEWARE. I feel this company scams women with stress urinary incontinence. SCAM ALERT.

***Update 06/05 - New replacement recieved and after 2 sessions where all worked perfectly, my device is no longer providing contractions but painful shocks and turning itself off by itself which is what happened to my first device. I wanted to like this product and was hopeful it would work but after my first experience with customer service and a second faulty device in a row, I'm moving onto a new product. **Update 05/29 - After I left this review a new replacement was provided and appears to be working correctly. I was recommended this product by a pelvic floor therapist and I was able to use it twice and was quite hopeful as I could tell a difference in the muscles being activated. After the second session, the PelviRestore went from a normal pulse to a painful shock. After adjusting the controls thinking I had the settings too high I realized it was shocking me at the same rate whether I had it on low or high. After trying one last time, it turned off completely and won't turn back on regardless of new batteries. I emailed customer service and they requested video footage and after 3 weeks of going back and forth they offered a replacement. Once I provided my address, they then came back stating they cannot provide a replacement until they receive another video of the product not working. I'm now going on well over a month of trying to get a replacement and they have stopped responding to all emails in the last 2 weeks alone. Customer service is severely lacking and for the cost of this product and only getting to use it twice before breaking is incredibly frustrating. I believe if I could receive my replacement, I would see the results I need but I'm at a loss at how to even reach customer service to get them to send me a new product. I would advise those looking to get this product that you may be out of money if you're stuck with a defective product because customer service is very unwilling to help.

I ordered the product and it broke. I reached out to them and was told they’d like to send a replacement. After I said that would work, they stopped replying to any correspondence. Do not order from them. The product is cheap and not worth your money.

Never received my order. Had a lady contact me and give me the run around. Saying I was going to be refunded then she proceeded to say I needed to dispute the charge with a card that can’t be disputed. Definitely don’t waste your money. They screw over people.

Product does not work. When I turn it on absolutely nothing happens

****SCAM****BE AWARE!!! Be careful with this company and their site!! They keep charging my credit card for orders that I never made! When tried to reach customer service noticed there is no phone number! Emailed them and they refused to cancel the order that I never made and offered instead canceling the subscription that I never made either! Had to report fraud! Also the device is defected and not working and they refused to return again!! Be very careful and don’t trust them with their device and your credit card!!! This respond below is not true, I had sent several emails and they refused to cancel the order or refund me. They definitely did order without my permission and absolutely I did NOT have any subscription! Do not trust this site!! I had to report them to my credit card company as fraud and had to cancel my credit card due to their unauthorized transaction!!

I was about to buy this because the reviews were high, but after spending a great deal of time reading all the reviews, most all these people have left reviews without even receiving the product. Everyone kinda says they are excited for the idea and can’t wait to receive it. The only two reviews I found where someone admitted to having received it were one star reviews who were trying to return the product. Their reviews seem fake, or bated without much or many real experiences. This is sketchy to me and makes me question the validity of this company. No one else?
