My device arrived and is partially broke. Only one prong that connects the device head, to the device cord, is being connected. Thus, causing only one side of the device to send impulses. I will not use it, being faulty, inside my lady parts! I have sent an email, with pictures of the broken prong inside the device head, requesting a new device. I have yet to hear back and it has been a week. I will not be recommending this product to any one until this is made tight by SculptHer!

I have never received my order and got no response from customer service after numerous emails. I cannot even get a refund due to no response from the company.

I bought a device from Sculpther and it stopped working after a few months. Supposedly, there is a warranty on the product but I cannot get a response from them after three attempts. I’m tired of companies like this. Don’t waste your money. Request 1254 was received on May 27th Request 1407 was received on May 28th Request 1785 was received on June 2nd I have sent you a video as you requested. I do not understand why you are making me jump through so many hoops in order to honor your warranty. The product was purchased on 1/20/26, order #7434 in the amount of $149.95. My complaint was initiated in May of 2026. The issue was never resolved. I do not understand what additional information you need. Video resent on 9/16/26.

Unfortunately, I ordered my product a month ago and still have not received it. I have reached out ScultHer via email several times, but no reply when I look at the tracking it tells me that my order is going through customs, which I didn't know it was coming from another country. Still waiting for the product. I am definitely looking at the tracking information. It's very clear. I placed my order 5/11tg. My order has been in customs since May 18th. It's now June 13th

You need follow thru. When customers email with complaints or questions someone needs to follow through with the customer and not ignore them. It makes people feel that you only want to sell and collect money and not have repeat customers. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!

When I ordered it was supposed to be the bundle but I only got the pelvic device. I let that go since it was just the lube included in the package. It took a long time to ship and when it was received it seemed very cheap for the $150 price tag. I used mine less then 2 months and it quit working. I have reached out to the company numerous times and still have not received a response. I would like a refund or a new device but it appears there is no way to get the company to respond.

I am not happy with the product at all. It is to uncomfortable for me to even use. I’ve tried three times.

My product never came! When i try to track the order, it says it's been in customs for months. Tried reaching out to support numerous times to no avail. Not a single response. Thankfully I was able to report fraud and my credit card company refunded me. This is a clear cut SCAM. If you order from sculpt her, do not expect to receive ur order
