This device did not last
This device did not last. Poorly made. I used it about 10 times before the cycles quit working. I changed the batteries several times. Contacted customer support. They originally said they would ship a new one. And then said it had been too long as it had been a month and a half. For the price of this product, you would think it would last more than 10 times or the company would back their craftsmanship and product. Very disappointed didn’t get to use it for a long enough to really tell a difference. Based on the service I received and how they back their product I would not recommend or buy this product again

Amanda, I'm sorry. After about 10 uses, and new batteries more than once, it stopped working. Then you were told a new one would ship, and later that it had been too long. I understand why that's so disappointing. Please reply to your existing email thread so the team can look at your replacement request again with the full history in front of them. This company is a scam
This company is a scam, they send your product and then auto enroll you in multiple recurring monthly payments without you knowing.

The “special offers” make me feel like…
The “special offers” make me feel like this company is untrustworthy. It is also odd that the package is imported, yet there is no required label on the product or packaging.

I was sent a non working Pelvirestore…
6/11/2026 Response to Sophie: Thank you for your reply. I did send the correspondence to the email address specified (Jayden Patetta) and every time I send my reply, I get this error: "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address." 552: 5.1.1 Mailbox delivery failure policy error I would like a refund please and I would be more than happy to return your defective item back to you. Jayden wants to replace the item, but I feel like it will be another repeat of a dead item and it takes a long time to get here. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue. ~Mae 6/11/26 I was sent a non working Pelvirestore unit. I took the video since someone from the company requested that I show proof of it not working and sent it to them. A couple days have passed, I wanted an update but my email would not even get through their customer service address. Very shady practice as if they do not want to fix my issue and I will be out of money. Horrible company to do business with, buyer beware!

Beware faulty parts
I never got the opportunity to see if the product worked because my probe was damaged. I’ve reached out multiple times and no one has gotten back to me in a month now. There is no phone number to actually talk to someone just an automated email response. The product is expensive and I feel robbed. Buyer beware.

Rachel, I'm so sorry. You never even got to try it because the probe arrived damaged, and then a month went by with no answer. That's a long time to feel ignored, especially after spending that much.
