I truly thought i was alone,old and broken. My dr sent me to a wonderful physical therapist, she told me my pelvic floor and vaginal walls were causing most of my issues. She gave me exercises, told me what moisturizer to use and to look into this device. She told me several of her older patients like me have had excellent experiences and results.
