Sonia, "instead of putting a band aid on it" is exactly it. Pads and disposables manage the leaking, they don't do a thing about the muscle underneath, and most women are never told there's another option at all. That's the whole reason we do this. Lor, this might be the most useful review anyone has left us, and I don't say that lightly. Week three is the part I want other women to read. You fell out of the routine, the leaking came back after sex, and one session had you steady again. So many women assume a slip undoes everything they built and quietly give up at that exact point. It doesn't undo it, and you've just shown that better than we ever could. I love that you wrote out the real numbers too, the minutes, the days, how you move the levels up as you grow. There is muscle underneath all of this that needs waking up, and managing around it with pads or medication never addresses that part.
