What a SCAM!
This company states that they can cancel an order up to 24 hours after submission as long as the order hasn’t moved into the processing/shipping phase. However, I placed an order & canceled it less than an hour after placing the order & received an automatic reply that my cancelation request was being reviewed. Within 2 hours my order was being processed & 24 hours later it was being shipped & I was emailed that they could not cancel the order so they DO NOT honor their own cancellation policy! What a scam! And yes, I have reached out to their poor customer service several times!

Tonya, I understand why this felt so frustrating. You asked to cancel less than an hour after ordering, and then your order kept moving ahead anyway. Orders are processed very quickly, and once one is in processing, we can't cancel it. But if your request came in before that, it should have been caught. Please email [email protected] with your order details (or reply to your existing thread) and ask the team to check when your request came in against when your order started processing. This company is not only a SCAM they it…
This company is not only a SCAM they it fraudulent in ALL there sales. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY ITEM FROM THEM. Upon receiving the garbage item I contacted for a return…. They said it had to be unopened… I sent all the proof photos showing it met the requirements for refund. For months they stated they didn’t receive photos then after I had proof they received photos their responses changed to them working it out they would get back to me. Then I received a response stating they were in the process of refunding me another month went by. After contacting them again regarding refund that I didn’t receive they sent I wasn’t able to get a refund because I no longer met the timeframe for their refunds they stretched the emails out over eight months I have every single email to prove this claim. The product is Chinese crap please don’t use this on your body and their return policy is entirely fraudulent. If you make the mistake of purchasing this contact your credit card company immediately and let them know about your claims against them it’s the only way to continue preventing these people from ripping anyone else off.

Jami, I'm sorry. You sent the photos, you were told a refund was being processed, and months later you were told it was too late. That is not okay. Please reply to your existing email thread and ask for the refund decision to be reviewed again with the full history in front of the team. You shouldn't have to explain it all over again. All 5 Star Reviews Are Useless
What's annoying about coming here to get the reviews is seeing all the 5 star from women that haven't even used the product yet. Useless reviews!

Jodie, I get it. When you want to know whether something actually works, reviews from women who haven't used it yet don't help much. Some women like to share their first impressions when they order, and we don't control what anyone writes or when. The product I received was defective…
The product I received was defective and my emails to that effect were not even answered. Then they shipped me a product I did not order, I guess they put me on monthly. I filed a fraud claim with my cc company.

I understand why you felt you had to go to your card company. No real reviews after use. Does it work?
There's not 1 review that says it works. Just a whole bunch of stars or no stars about ordering and return policies and defective products, and false subscriptions sign ups. Where are the real reviews. I'll just ask my surgeon. This sights review were not helpful.

It makes complete sense to want reviews from women who have actually used it, and talking to your surgeon is a great idea. They know your situation best and can tell you whether this is a good fit for you. Some women review when they order and others after using it, and we don't control which. HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE
HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!! The VTone is a good product….for mute first year ONLY! After that the cheap electronics fail and the company who happily took your $160 will do nothing to assist even though they admit it’s a product failure! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Other brands out there are so much better!!
