Beware of supposed “guarantee”
The website FAQs state: What if it doesn't work for me? Every order is backed by our 30-day Woman-to-Woman guarantee. No hassle or worry, we will make it right. However they will only fix orders with a defect or unopened/unused items. So if the product “doesn't work for me” because of anatomy or other use issues you will be out of luck for this support. The wording of this guarantee is highly misleading and while the customer service team is responsive, they aren’t able to be of much help under their supposed guarantee.
