BUYER BEWARE!! THEY SIGNED ME UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT MY CONSENT THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AND THEY STILL KEEP CHARGING ME!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Don’t order from this company. I purchased 1 product and somehow another item was added to the cart that I did not order. I emailed within 5 minutes of ordering to request that they remove the item. I disputed the charge because it includes unauthorized add-on items (billing error/fraud) and even though I canceled the order immediately they shipped the item and disregarded my email said it was already shipped and couldn’t be returned. This is a China company. They were reported to my credit card company and I am also reporting them to BBB.

My doctor prescribed pelvic floor therapy. After doing some research and reading reviews for SculptHer, I decided to try it. The ordering process was simple. However, it took weeks to arrive. Although the return address on the package was a warehouse in NJ, I suspect that it came from overseas. After purchasing, I got a lot of emails on how to prepare and what to do week by week. When the device finally arrived. I reread all of the emails and followed the instructions that came with it. To get started, you scan a QR Code that opens the program to track your sessions and serves as the timer for each session. The first time I used it, it seemed helpful. However, the next day, the device wouldn’t turn on. I finally got it to start. However, I couldn’t adjust any of the settings. It was very uncomfortable. The worst part the second time I tried it, I woke up in the middle of the night and had peed all over my bed. My condition before, was very slight incontinence. I spoke to my doctor that day and was advised to stop using the device immediately. Since my review, I have been contacted by the company numerous times to try to “resolve” the situation with the device. I provided the requested picture of the device to insure that the product I have is their device. They requested a video to demonstrate the problems that I had with the device. I have explained a number of times that I still have my medical condition that I’m trying to resolve my situation by following additional recommendations that my doctor has provided. I have also asked them to stop contacting me a couple of times, and they still do. I stand by my TrustPilot review.

Ordered pelvic floor unit, took 2 months to receive. Used the unit for one week and it stopped working. Contacted support,asked for refund under their 30 guarantee, never received a refund or a replacement unit. No customer support only AI. Don't waste your money

9/28/2026 I will never order from this company again. I placed the order on Sept 12 for the PelviRestore and in going through the order process which was totally confusing, the order ended up adding to additional products. I notified customer support at support_sculptherus.com to cancel the two additional items--Intimacy Wand! and Vaginal Tightening Lubricant. This email was also sent on Sept 12,2026. I got back an email that it would be forwarded to the team. According to tracking the "Parcel has been packed and is ready for outbound shipping on 9/14/2026." This provided more than enough time for the items to be removed from the order. My advice - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I came across PelviRestore while searching for a product to use at home after pelvic floor surgery. The information about it seems promising. However, the website itself is very confusing when you market additional products for discounted prices. I found it hard to tell when the product order was completed.

I spoke to my obgyn after placing the order and this not what she recommends for ME to get. I haven't received item reached out to Sculpther for refund since item will not be open or used and returned upon receiving. They do not care. They also seem to want to charge a subscription monthly to my debit account that I didn't approve of. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I'm posting this review as an update of the stimulator that was suppose to be replaced due to the original one being defective. Although countless emails that were exchanged from me and sculpther and me providing everything they asked me to provide in order to replace my stimulator. All sculpther did was waste my time and took my $150. And, while waiting for an update and tracking number, the company again took $45.87 for lubricant that is suppose to be used with the stimulator. That's all they're good for. Taking people's money!!! I warn CONSUMERS NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER FOR A REASON. ALL THEY HAVE IS AN EMAIL THAT GETS CONSUMERS NO WHERE. SMH NO REPLACEMENT WAS MAILED TO ME.

Be WARNED! Return or refund policy is IMPOSSIBLE! Once you click the button to buy a product...in a split second they take the money out of your account and within minutes they tell you it's already been shipped. So, you can NOT cancel the product. Once you receive the item it's in a white packaging envelope from a 3rd party shipper with NO return address or indication of who the package is from. If you open the envelope....they claim you have opened the "ITEM" and will NOT under any circumstances refund you. Even if the actual item is still shrink wrapped and unopened. This is exactly what happened to me. Just know that the second you order an item online....you're stuck with it. I will NEVER order anything from this company again!
