The watch is a total piece of junk
The watch is a total piece of junk. I hate it. Responce to Roman's comments: Well, if the shoe was on the other foot and it was me who was the business owner, and I had a customer contact me and was dissatisfied with my product, I would issue an unconditional refund. That wasn't the case here. When I received the watch the crown and the stem did not operate properly and I assume that it was damaged in shipping. I contacted the company and the only real response I got from them is that they were going to defend the design, and they told me that's how the watch is supposed to function. I have been collecting watches for quite some time and that really didn't make any sense to me since wrist watch crown and stem design was figured out a long long time ago. The whole “wobbly” crown argument seemed to be absurd. It appears as if the only thing that Roman once out of this is to have the last word and to take my $100. You know when these guys respond to you they try to paint you like you're some kind of idiot because you don't understand. I fully understand. You guys are con artists and you're selling junk trying to stand behind it like it's some quality timepiece.

Hi Dan, We’re very sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing experience. We understand that the crown design on Vostok watches can feel unusual at first. The “wobbly” crown is actually an intentional engineering feature that has been used for decades to protect the movement from shocks and improve durability. While we did our best to explain this in our emails, we understand that it may still not meet your expectations. At the same time, thousands of customers around the world appreciate this design and find it reliable and durable in long-term use — even if it feels unfamiliar at first. Appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve how we present these unique features to future customers. Best regards, Roman
