La experiencia no ha sido como esperaba
Compré un reloj desde España y el envio a Madrid tardó 16 días... Es cierto que está dentro del rango de 7 a 21 días que se informa, pero si para entregar en el segundo país europeo más cercano a Estados Unidos tardan 16 días... ¿ En que destino entregan en 7 días ?
Además la entrega no es a domicilio, hay que ir a una oficina de Correos a recogerlo (1 día más perdido).
Pero lo peor es que cuando llegas a Correos te cobran 31 euros en cargos extra (IVA + suplidos + aduana + otros gastos sin explicar).
Comentado con ScubaDude te dicen que son cargos locales, y que ellos no pueden hacer nada... Pero entonces el precio que aparece cuando haces el pedido NO ES REAL... Es una aproximación con +20% de desviación respecto al precio final. Estaría bien que lo comentasen en ESE JUSTO MOMENTO, y no cuando te llega el reloj a destino después de 17 días.
Me dan la opción de devolver el reloj, pero entonces tienes que pagar el coste extra (31 EUR) y ademas tú pagas el reenvio (28 USD), es decir pierdes casi 50 euros.
Al final me quedo con él reloj por ser la opción menos mala, y me dicen que harán un reembolso de 10 USD como muestra de buena voluntad (es un detalle).
Es cierto que el reloj, un Vostok Komandirskie 03099A es precioso -aunque las instrucciones están SOLO en ruso- y que los problemas sufridos no están relacionados directamente con ScubaDude, sino que vienen del transporte, y de la aduana, pero creo que ScubaDude debería ser más claro cuando informa del importe final.
La comunicación con ScubaDude siempre ha sido muy rápida y fluida, a pesar de no resultar demasiado útil.

In terms of the delivery method and time, you selected the USPS First Class shipping option, which clearly states a delivery window of 7-21 days. We strive to provide accurate information during checkout to set the right expectations.
Regarding the return process, we did not initiate the return offer; instead, you requested to cancel the order after it had already been delivered. We provided details on how the return works, as per our Return Policy.
