If I could rate this company lower than a 1 star I would. I've been a customer since January of 2022. The invoices started out correct. I was charged for the standard monthly service charge that I signed up for $30.74 for 350 pages . However, over the years, they have begun to charge me bimonthly with the standard fee and then overcharge charges for at least the same amount. I didn't catch this at first, however, my last "overage" fee was $628. The "overages" they are counting are faxes that didn't send, faxes there were sent twice for no reason or control of mine, and faxes that show on my end delivered, however, recipients of these "sent" faxes, have sent us back faxes showing ours were not received, or not received in whole. I cannot get ahold of this company, no-one will answer the phones, nor call you back, even though it says on their website they will call you back in 24 to 48 hours. It doesn't happen. I've been duped by this company for years, don't do business with them. You will regret it.

Needed to get password reset. Called customer service , "Your call is very important to use, please stay on the line, wait time less than 5 min".....forty five min later they hang up on me. Call again, left voice message. 3 weeks later i get an email saying sorry missed your call, call again if you need help? Customer service worse than worthless.....

Poor support. No response!

Reset password email takes two days to receive. Called yesterday and spoke with someone who, after verifying my information, was able to send me the "reset password" link. The new password didn't work today, so I called customer support again. Today, Lamonte told me he could not and would not do anything to try to help, and because I "cut him off", as I was very upset, he ended the call.

I got a two-week free trial because I had to fax something out. Went to go and cancel two days before my trial ended on a Saturday, turns out you have to create a separate account to access your billing information, and to create the account, you have to call/email to verify it. But it was a Saturday, so they weren't open, and my credit card was set to charge on Monday, which happened to be memorial day, so they wouldn't be open then, either. Their business hours aren't listed ANYWHERE and I had no idea I would need to create a completely separate account in order to access my credit card/cancel my plan. They haven't answered my emails or phone calls, and based on the rest of these reviews, I don't think they will. Complete scam company, please don't use.

They have no tech support. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Unable to renew our account online so now my account is locked. They now have our fax numbers hostage. User interface is form the 90s. Stay Away from this company.

SCAM COMPANY. Signed up for a free trial. Immediately unimpressed by the interface. I emailed to cancel the same day and called. No one picks up their phone. It's a voicemail. Fast forward 10 days, two emails, two unreturned voicemails later, they've charged my credit card despite my requests to cancel. I'm disputing with my credit card company.
