I loved this site. I spent tons of money & when I finally won something decent they decided to block my account because I used my husband's card. I sent them everything they asked for & did nothing wrong & still got screwed

What went wrong is that they didnt pay out my winnings. The reason was because i couldnt verify debit cards which i had used in they're casino but thsts because i had lost them . When i finally did get the proper documents through the guidance of Casino Guru they said they never received then when im fact i cc myself when i sent them the documents. They run the casino as if they care about their players, when in fact they dont. I jave recommended family and friends which i now regret doing. Im going to share my experience of Scrooge casino with them so they wont go through the same thing as i did.

If i could give 0 Stars I would. I want to start by saying I am already KYC verified. I cashed out last year. I won free spins on Friday 13, 2025. I ended up getting enough to cash out $120. I used PayPal to cashout, the same way I did the last time. You can't redeem on the weekend, so I waited until Monday to check the status. I received an email stating that I needed to send in my documents to verify (which I already was verified), my redemption was cancelled. So, I immediately sent in my documents, waited a few hours and the i received an email that stated only "Your account has been closed for Violation of TOS". Thats all it says.. No reason, nothing. My accounts are ALL in MY NAME ONLY, no one uses my accounts, no one has access to my accounts. I have emailed 5 times asking if i could please get an explanation or at least send in other documents if that was the issue so we could fix this, sent a message on Facebook, and as you can imagine, NO RESPONSE!!!!! They replied on Facebook with, email support.. I wouldnt waste your money on this casino. I rightfully won $120 and got my account closed with no explanation. I've talked to a few other people in a Discord channel im in and they have had the same experience. Beware, they dont care about their users.

Edit to add.. they claim tos was violated but will not say how so. Only had one account and am clueless as to how they can get away with this. My husband (meldove) sent his redemption in 2 weeks ago and they have blocked him and will not respond to emails or fb attempts. Would give a zero star review if possible

I play lots of sites. Signed up for an account on Scrooge to give it a spin. Went to read the Sweeps Rules. Broken link. Went to inquire about Responsible Gameplay settings. Broken link. Huge red flags for me. No thanks. Be safe out there, players!

Worst casino ever .. had my account with them for around 2 years and verified it and even redeemed a few times and then one day they rejected my redemption and said I had to submit some documents for a account audit so I did and then they closed my account and kept my 200 in winnings and said I broke there rules by using my fiancees debit card to make a purchase and they didn’t have to make all there policy available to customers. But yet it was never an issue all the other times …

I submitted a redemption request for $8,000 in winnings on June 1, 2025. The next day, I received an email stating that my redemption was rejected and that a follow-up email would explain the reason. That follow-up never came. When I contacted support, they simply told me my account had been permanently closed for “violating the Terms of Service,” but refused to explain what I had supposedly done wrong. I was never warned, flagged, or given any chance to appeal. I’ve been locked out of my account, my funds were withheld, and they’ve stopped responding entirely. I’ve reported this to multiple agencies, including the DOJ, my State Attorney General, consumer protection services, and the Indiana Gaming Commission. However, it appears Scrooge Casino may be using a sweepstakes model to avoid regulatory oversight. DO NOT trust this platform. They WILL shut your account down without explanation if you try to redeem a big amount. Also before the company tries to deny this - I have proof of everything I am saying!
