I had a redemption request rejected by Scrooge on Monday morning. They said it was due to them needing further verification on my bank cards. So, after lots and lots of redos, and 100 emails later, they paid my redemption tonight. I wanted to update my earlier review of this casino. Apparently, they're using some new verification software and even though I've been verified on there for over a year, I was told the new software flagged my redemption request for needing further verification. So, it's taken care of and they did pay me. It took them 2 days to answer me as to why it was rejected in the 1st place but they did finally answer and now I'm fully verified AGAIN. Haven't decided whether I'll play here again yet but i wanted to get the word out that they did pay me. This site is about getting the truth out there so that's what I'm doing. I put the redemption in on the 12th and they paid me on the 17th.

Update. Just 1 day after initiating my redemption request, the very next morning the 50 usdt had been approved and deposited in my brand new metamask wallet. So, one more star for Scrooge! I won't give 5 stars until Scrooge stops using Binance. I can't get my usdt out of metamask without buying $20 bucks worth of BNB tokens first! So, its still not great, not very sincere about paying you if you can't turn it into something spendable without an additional investment. Right? I just opened an account with scrooge casino yesterday after receiving an offer from them in my email. The sign up process was glitchy and required about 3 tries with closing and reloading the site to finish my registration and another 3 restarts to get the promo I was offered in the email. Playing the games was easy, but no wins at all at first. I bought another package, with 25 dollars in sweeps coins. Looked up the highest rtp games and played several. Finally got a decent win that took me to $53.00. So, I went to cash out. You have to have a BNB block chain wallet!! Um. I don't do BNB because- check the binance reviews right here in trust pilot to see why. They are very bad. So, I trust metamask, and I download that wallet, which supports BNB. Then I connect it on the redemption page. Nothing Absolutely nothing happens. No Info, no message, nothing points to the redemption or to the wallet connection. ( it showed the initial connection authorization dialogue, that's all) So. I contact support. I received an email address. I write to the email address and I am still waiting for a reply. I don't know how it will work out, but my big question is: WHY ARE THEY USING BINANCE WHEN THAT COMPANY HAS THE WORST REPUTATION IN THE INDUSTRY FOR RIPPING OFF THEIR CLIENTS? WHY REQUIRE ME TO GET A BNB COMPATIBLE WALLET TO REDEEM? I am feeling very suspicious right now. I will absolutely come back and follow up immediately upon the completion of my payout request.
