Had my account less than a month. Logged in to find my daily reward was disabled for nothing making a purchase with in 60 days. Hit support up and they blocked my account from logging in. Greedy casino.

So I've logging into this platform daily for 6 months or better I've never made a redemption and I think I've deposited once maybe twice before well because I haven't made any kind of a purchase recently they took my daily wheel spin away! In all the time I've been playing I think I managed to get up to the redeemable amount twice! The game's are laggy the minimum amount to spin is absolutely ridiculous and the customer service is useless stay away!! There are too many other places that have better graphics give SC and GC bonuses on a daily whether u spend or not!!! Wouldn't recommend scrooge to my worst enemy!!

I got banned for wining 140 dollars.....after I redeemed they sent me an email to send them a bank statement....once I send them my bank statement they blocked my account for no reason....the only casino to ban me for trying to redeem my winnings....this casino is not a fair casino....eventually people will find out the stupid stuff you guys are doing....the people are not dumb....u banned people for winning its that simple...how can I get banned for not breaking any legal rules...forget you guys I'm letting everybody know that u have no option to redeem to a bank...you guys are stealing peoples information...and you guys writing back like u foos are some gangsters....I won and u guys didn't pay me out end of story forget u guys...."we temporarily suspend accounts to ensure the customer doesnt play out the tokens and redeem winnings during the time it takes to get what we need" this bs makes absolutely no sense....no sense at all you foos are are not a fair casino and are stealing peoples information... This social casino is a scam. I had completed their KYC after signing up. I eventually won enough money to cash out and the first red flag was that their only "cash" cashout options are Cash App and Paypal. I use probably about 20ish different social casinos and NONE of them have Cash App or Paypal as the only "cash" cashout options. They all have some sort of bank ACH or Skrill option. So I decided to cashout using Paypal. I received an email saying they needed my bank statement with proof of transactions and a utility bill. I sent them a utility bill and in my email reply I informed them that I don't have any bank transactions to give them because I have never purchased any token packs and that my winnings were used with their free tokens. So then I received another email saying my account was permanently banned for violating their TOS and AML (whatever that means) so that was the second red flag. Stay away from this social casino. Any reputable social casino wouldn't out right ban you like that and would offer better customer support to help with the redemption process.

Scrooge Casino please help me to understand how you can place a bet more than a dollar and win but never be credited for it explain this to me please with that being said I've deactivated my account because I gamble all the time at different casinos and I've never experienced this before

Since Scrooge casino loves to flag reviews here let's talk about how horrible or a casino this site is. Scrooge casino requires KYC just to use their daily login wheel which they then restrict you from using unless you BUY a coin package. So to get FREE DAILY COINS you have to PAY FOR THEM. Scrooge casino has to be one of the worst places to spend your money when there are over 40 other casino sites that give free coins to players and doesn't make you pay for them unlike this crappy casino. I would never recommend scrooge casino to anybody in my life.

It was a breeze signing in, and was no problem at all buying coins, and playing games was smooth as butter. Then I tried to verify and even though I have an iPhone 15 pro and it has a very good camera after every picture I get the message cannot verify my photo. I I tired 5 times and made sure the light was good and I had a dark background and it was centered but each time the same thing. And of course after attempt 5, I got the denied and was told to contact customer support which if I hear is only through email. It’s funny how everything goes right when they take my money but I can’t catch a break when I try to get money.. This is day 1 so I will completely change this review if it is taken care of promptly if not I will add to it.
