Very disappointed in the sound quality…
Very disappointed in the sound quality of this horn. Sounds like a clown car. Definitely looking for another horn.

Not as loud as you advertised
Not as loud as you advertised. It’s about as loud as my stock horn.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your three emails of communication with us. As we promised we would respond to both of your emails and the Trust Pilot review. Your opinion of your stock 2013 HD horn as being as loud as the Mini Banshee was disputed by our tech department. For our testing and findings is simply the Mini Banshee is louder and has a deeper tone. We gave you several different options on resolving your challenge. And after several emails and attempts to make you happy. It was your decision to keep the unit as is. It is our conclusion you're satisfied with our company and communications. We wish you the best

Returning the Mini
I purchased the ‘the mini’ expecting it to be louder than the standard horn on my husbands motorcycle. After installing, it wasn’t any louder AND it only blew one time The 2, 3, 4, time to try to get it to blow again, nothing. I emailed the company for directions to return the product and am still waiting for a response today. *edit: The company has responded via email and I'm returning the mini for a refund today 10/31/22.

Great horn but other problems.
I have one of these horns on my Harley and love it . So I bought one for my new GSXR 1000r. I took my time to install as I was waiting for other parts so I can do the installs all together. Once I got to it I noticed the horn does not fit this bike. I also missed the return window. I also attempted to contact the company 3 times and never received a reply. Love the horn but I’m stuck with a horn I cannot use.

product is great but wrong shipping label.
product is great, service was great, shipping was fast. only issue is item was wrong part in the box. My shipping label and another persons were put on the wrong boxes. Luckily we live close enough that we could meet up and exchange parts.
