Screaming Banshee tells the customer to register for the warranty to be valid. There is NO registration. Their link goes to an explanation of the warranty, but nothing more. I have sent at least three emails explaining this. The admins just don’t get it! Horn is much louder than the OE horn, but about the same as the Fiamm horn I had already installed that cost a lot less than Screaming Banshee.

While you gave me a $20 discount for ordering 2nd horn when 1st disappeared, I had paid extra for chrome horn and received black. I decided not to make an issue of it (Canadian), but since you asked….

Not very loud and got sucked into buying the wiring harness which I didn’t need. It does work but stock horn was the same

Hi Tim, We are sorry to hear about your challenge. What year and model bike do you ride? And as far as being 'sucked in' on purchasing a $9.95 item..... It was based on a recommendation that your bike would use for a easier installation. All you need to do is return it for a full refund.

Customer service was bad, a guy named Keith would not return emails once I said I wanted to return the horns as my stock horns were louder, he also made a snarky comment "If you say so" when I explained my stock horn was louder than the Screaming Banchi horn. I even sent him a video of the 2 horns side by side. I have yet to receive my refund either. This guy is not helping your business in my opinion. Update: I did receive my refund shortly after this review was posted.

I wouldnt call it a screaming banshee nor advertise it as loud as a jet engine. It is neither of those things. Is it an upgrade from the factory horn? Sure. Is it crazy loud and will it get noticed? Not likely. The fitment is acceptable and the plug and play capability is nice. The extra long connector broke as soon as I tried connecting it. Cheap and flimsy workmanship.
