Too complicated
I find the clicking, double clicking, long hold button to be too confusing and complex. The first time I tried to use it at work, it got stuck on flashing red and no matter what I did, I couldn’t get it to stop. I followed the instructions thoroughly and still couldn’t get it to stop. Finally, I pulled up a YouTube on it, and got it back to white light but I’m not sure how I managed it and have a fear I will do it again and be stuck with flashing red again. It needs to be less complicated imho.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We understand the button controls can take some getting used to. SparkO packs a lot of functionality into a compact design with just one button - 4 color modes, 4 brightness levels, strobe, and lock features. We intentionally chose this approach to keep it small and versatile, but we recognize it does come with a learning curve. We're working on making the controls more intuitive and providing clearer guidance to help users get comfortable faster. Your feedback helps us improve.

Very lacking in instructions and…
Very lacking in instructions and clicks, number of clicks, length of clicks, etc. to operate the light. Still don't get it. Too frustrating. Email support is not helpful.
