I can't recommend Scorpion enough. In the two years we've worked with them, they've increased the number and quality of calls we've received. But that's what we pay them for. What sets Scorpion apart is their customer service. Even though Suyes Law is likely one of their smallest clients, Scorpion always treats us like we're their most important.

I have been been with Scorpion for several years. During that time I have had some of the best Account Managers. They are so focused on my business and determined that our website was going to be a driver of our success. They are always willing to meet to discuss how we can make the site batter. Scorpion is continually developing better tools and are willing to present them. Our current rep is Coleman Vialpando. He has been working with us to update the site. This occur automatically every couple of years. We were not always getting to the calls when customers called so he make several recommendations how we could decrease our missed call. It is working well for us.

We had honestly started to lose faith in Scorpion after our previous experiences, but Coleman has completely changed that. He's been attentive, easy to work with, and actually follows through. He keeps us updated, listens to our concerns, and has made us feel like our business matters again. It's been a night-and-day difference, and we finally feel like we have someone in our corner who's invested in helping us grow.
