Be careful with these guys. Once you sign up, they keep you in contract, they take your money, and before you know it, you pay them thousands of dollars. They have just removed our website that we paid over 50k because they keep charging for services that we never signed up for. Quality of work is very low, they website uses an old platform, their app doesn’t work, and they have enough people to write reviews from their staff.

We hired Scorpion.co after being presented with what sounded like a sophisticated advertising and lead management system. Unfortunately, our actual experience was completely different from what we expected based on the sales presentation. We were told that Scorpion would provide automated text-message engagement with customers, integrate with our Housecall Pro scheduling system, track which advertising platforms and times of day were producing the best results, and use that information to optimize where our advertising budget was being spent. We relied on those representations when deciding to move forward. Once our advertising campaigns started, we experienced serious problems with the quality and relevance of the leads. We are an HVAC company, yet we received and were charged for calls and leads involving chiropractors, dental offices, dental implants, massage services, and other services completely unrelated to our business. This was not an occasional irrelevant call. There were days when over $1,000 of our advertising budget was consumed by leads that had nothing to do with HVAC. We put thousands into a campaign and see a large portion of that budget charged very quickly, for completely unrelated industries. Over the course of our experience, we spent approximately $23,000 while dealing with these lead quality issues. We repeatedly brought the questionable and irrelevant leads to Scorpion’s attention. We were told they would review the disputed leads and, where appropriate, apply credits back to our account. Based on our experience, those issues were never resolved, and we did not receive the credits we expected for the leads we disputed. The Ai texting functionality was also not what we understood it would be. We expected a much more comprehensive system for automatically engaging customers and helping move them toward scheduling. In practice, the functionality was useless. We also had serious concerns with the Housecall Pro integration and revenue tracking. We were told the integration would help Scorpion understand which leads actually turned into completed jobs and how much revenue those jobs generated. However, we saw major discrepancies. For example, a job worth approximately $5,000 could appear on Scorpion’s platform as approximately $15,000 in closed revenue. That made us question the accuracy of the reporting and any advertising decisions or calculations being made from that data. For a business owner, this is especially concerning because advertising decisions depend on accurate information. If lead quality, attribution, and closed revenue data are inaccurate, it becomes extremely difficult to know whether your marketing investment is actually producing a return. Our experience with Scorpion resulted in significant advertising expenses, irrelevant leads, reporting concerns, unresolved disputes, and a great deal of wasted time dealing with problems instead of running our business. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Scorpion to other HVAC contractors or small business owners. If you are considering signing a long term agreement with Scorpion, I strongly recommend that you carefully review exactly what is included in writing before signing. Ask specifically how irrelevant leads are handled and credited, even though I asked them when I was signing up, they said that the leads are never irrelevant, and that if there was any of them, they will credit it to us, however when we got leads for chiropractor, jobs and massage services or dental services and I called them. I told him that we are an HVAC company. We don’t need to advertise and spend our money on massage services. I asked for refund of They said we’ll have to review and see how much that was charged onto you. Then we will credit that so they were trying to credit me about $10 or $15 while I spend $15,000 on advertising. Ask them how their texting system actually works, how their integration with your CRM or scheduling software works, how closed job revenue is calculated, and how you can independently verify where your advertising dollars are being spent. We wish we had asked more of these questions and required clearer answers in writing before committing. The problem is when you’re asking questions. They’ll answer you the way you wanna hear not what they really offer because everything they said was a lie. Our experience was expensive, frustrating, and ultimately did not deliver the results.

This FIRM IS A SCAM. They will ask your profit and losses and will charge you high per your profit, they dont have set prices as which is scam and extremely rude and uneducated. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Our experience with Scorpion was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend them to another small business. We hired Scorpion because we wanted a marketing partner that would help us grow our business. Instead, we found ourselves constantly having to hold them accountable just to receive the level of service we were already paying a premium for. Throughout our engagement we experienced: • Poor communication and slow follow-up. • Repeated upselling despite unresolved performance concerns. • Little transparency into how our advertising dollars were being spent. • Difficulty obtaining meaningful reporting beyond high-level summaries. • Months of asking for accountability before seeing any real urgency from their team. The most frustrating part was that meaningful action only seemed to happen after significant escalation. It should not become the client’s full-time job to manage their marketing agency. When we decided not to renew, the offboarding process was just as disappointing. We repeatedly requested account transfers, documentation, and transition information. Those requests were delayed or incomplete, requiring multiple follow-ups. Most concerning, after our agreement had ended, our public-facing website was left displaying what appeared to be a default IIS page instead of our company website. Whether caused by poor transition planning or lack of quality control, this reflected very poorly on our business and should never happen during a professional offboarding. To be fair, there were individuals on the account who attempted to help, but the overall organization consistently failed to deliver the level of service, transparency, and professionalism we expected. If you’re a small business considering Scorpion, ask detailed questions about reporting, account ownership, offboarding procedures, and exactly how ROI will be measured before signing a long-term agreement. We wish we had.

will over-promise and underdeliver, also if you ask about changing terms of plan if its not working they will do a corporate run around aka beating around the bush on making changes. Seems like they will only make changes if you keep paying the same amount of money. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY BUISNESSOWNER.

Our family business signed on with Scorpion at $10,000 per month under the promise of real SEO growth, lead generation, and revenue-focused results. After months of working with them, the reality couldn’t be further from what they sold us. • Minimal Results: Despite their flashy talk of “AI-powered SEO” and “Revenue MAX”, we saw virtually no meaningful improvement in organic rankings, traffic, or qualified leads. • Overpriced & Misleading: For what they charge, you’d expect measurable ROI. Instead, most of what they deliver leans on expensive PPC campaigns while calling it “SEO.” • No Transparency: We asked for clear data on results and ROI and got generic reports with no real accountability. • Lock-In Tactics: What they don’t tell you upfront is that if you ever want to leave, you risk losing your website and campaign data because they control the assets. In short, Scorpion overpromises and underdelivers. They burned through our budget with little to show for it. Don’t be fooled by the buzzwords or their aggressive sales pitch—if you’re a business owner serious about growth, look elsewhere.

Scorpion was a complete waste of money. I had a contract for 2 yrs. At the end I had very little to show. They own the webiste (YOUR WEBSITE). The leads were low quality if not suspect. less than 5 percent ever turned into actual clients. Find another firm. No one should own your digital presence but you
