Let's talk about ScoreSense, a company with poor customer service. I requested several times to cancel my subscription, but they will not and want me to call to cancel it. What kind of BS are they trying to run, and why are they keeping taking my money? "This is what they keep sending me every time I try to cancel." If you still wish to cancel your membership with ScoreSense, simply give us a call today at 1-888-550-2159 or chat with one of our live agents (Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM CT, Saturday 8AM to 5PM CT, and Sunday Noon to 6PM CT). Stay clear away from this company because they make it difficult to cancel your subscription with them. Poor to bad customer service!!!

I signed up with Scoresense to get all my credit scores and reports, but they use a quasi-scoring system that is deceptively much higher than my REAL FICO scores that I get directly from the credit agencies, almost 100 points off. It's just not accurate. The service is VERY expensive as well. On the upside, cancellation through the chat feature was fairly easy. Just be warned that this is not a site to get your credit scores which creditors use to assess your suitability for credit. You need to go directly to the 3 credit agencies to get those.

Did'n get any money like they told it still not in my acc why don't know why

I have ask for help and all recv are general answers like one answer is the same for all. I asked for someone to contact me left my phone # and still nothing. The only answer i get is "Please send more money. Not even money corrects problems just creates more unanswered questions. If someone feel that they can help me my # is 562-375-2109. Thank You

I never understood why websites say Free and then charged a $1...not free and my reports didn't have information to help me contact my creditors
