it was easy to use

Very difficult website to follow. Had to enter everything multiple times. Tried to do husbands & we still don’t know if it went through or not. Not fond of website at all. I did chat with people, some helped. With my husbands they couldn’t help & look at the info to tell me if it had gone through or not

Great experience fast response and accurate results

It took over 24 hours for me to get the app to work. Credit Karma is better.

Showed me problems within the 3 bureau's that I would've never seen otherwise and someone was going to charge me 4.5x the amount of what I pay for this service.
