Just a newbie here hence the mediocre rating. Still learning and making little progress. Going at my own speed through this process. Got the 3 credit ratings and reviewing them. One has multiple names so will address that next.

If this is about the free credit score service. the service is fine. I'm quite discouraged with both how I ended up signing up in the first place and about the info I discovered on the report, so I apologize that these circumstances affected this review but it's impossible for me to give it any more stars because of how sour I am to everything involved with this. I feel that simply because of the service you are affiliated with that brought me to your service is reason enough for me to be very upset.

I did not find the experience very positive. Between the financial hardship that I experience coupled with the pressure of having to pay for the credit score, in these covid-19 times, I feel more could have neen done for the customer needing help .
