Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that knowing the exact seat location can be important when purchasing tickets. While our listings include the section and row whenever available, specific seat numbers are not displayed before purchase because sellers typically keep that information private for security and privacy reasons. Once your tickets are delivered, the exact seat numbers will be included. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a fantastic time at your event!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how concerning it can be to see charges or orders you do not recognize, and we apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused. After a thorough review, our team confirmed that two orders were placed in April and successfully passed multiple security verification checks designed to help prevent unauthorized purchases. We take the security of our customers' information very seriously and carefully investigate any orders that are called into question. Because we are unable to discuss specific account details in a public forum, we encourage you to continue working directly with our support team if you have additional questions. We also recommend checking with anyone who may have access to your payment information to confirm whether the orders were placed on your behalf. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to review your concerns.

Thank you for your feedback. Our records indicate at the time of your purchase there was an on-hand date of 6/19/2026. This date is the estimated delayed delivery date, and the tickets can be transferred earlier. For security purposes, it is not uncommon for tickets to be restricted and only be available 24/28 hours prior to the event. Neither our website nor the seller's office are affiliated with any event organizers. We have no control over, or influence in, any ticket availability restrictions set by the organizers. All tickets are guaranteed to be delivered in time for the event. We have reviewed your order and see the tickets were delivered on 6/19/2026 and accessed on 6/20/2026. We do hope you enjoyed your event.

Thank you so much for your purchase. We're sorry to hear there was an issue with pricing on the application. We have forwarded your feedback to the appropriate team. Regarding the ticket delivery method, adding tickets to a device wallet is not always an available option and if/when it is, is not a requirement to be utilized but rather a personal preference. It does not impact the ticket in any way.
