These tickets are no good -- they've got someone else's name on them and the venue will not honor them. I'm going to do a charge-back on my credit card and get my money back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you may be unsatisfied with your purchase. the information listed on the tickets you've purchased is that of the original purchaser. However, don't worry, because this won't prevent you from going to the event you paid to see; all tickets are guaranteed valid for entry into their event. We do hope you enjoy your event!

Wasted $400+ dollars for two tickets that couldn't be scanned at show regardless of all actions to remedy and with venue/Ticketmaster staff help. Customer service not answering calls to resolve the problem or issue refund for useless tickets. Had to buy new tickets at venue. Angry and frustrated. Won't be using again.

We have initiated a claim with the ticket seller regarding your invalid tickets and are currently investigating the situation. We’ve also emailed you directly with the next steps and any information we need to resolve your case. Thank you for your patience as we work to address this for you.

Tickets are not transferred to me at all. A link does not show I am the only one that can use them

Tickets are sold grossly overpriced and they are taking advantage of people.
