I worked with Segal, Cohen & Landis on a tax matter involving several prior-year IRS issues and the potential for an Offer in Compromise. The process ultimately took longer than expected, which was frustrating at times. However, after raising my concerns, Sam Landis personally reviewed the situation and worked with me to reach a fair resolution. He acknowledged that the timeline had exceeded the original estimate and honored that estimate by issuing a refund. The billing team was also very responsive—Danielle and their controller John followed up and ensured the refund was processed quickly. Tax matters can be stressful, but what stood out to me was the firm’s professionalism and willingness to address concerns fairly. I appreciate how they handled the situation and the accountability they showed in resolving it.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, quick with his response and very resourceful. My overall experience with Segal, Cohen & Landis was overwhelmingly positive and easy. Highly recommended them over others when you’re in need of legal assistance.

I cannot say enough about this firm. I wasn’t sure about getting an out of state attorney but couldn’t be happier with my decision.
