Amazing features and costumer service! This website has been helping me so much with my university works and whenever there’s an issue the staff in the live chat are super quick to respond and resolve.

When I knocked SciSpace through Whatsapp, I didn't think I would get a response. The customer service of SciSpace is amazing. And how helpful SciSpace is out of my describtion.

Terrible customer service. When you have annual subscriptions, you should send a reminder email before the charge is going to reoccur. They do not let you cancel or refund to downgrade your account after the fact. It seems like they would prefer to make $ off a customer's forgetfulness rather than wanting to use the service. Will not recommend to my other academic colleagues because of this.

Site crashes a lot ,I don't know why but it crashes 10 times a day ...What is wrong with this service?

Started very well a few years ago, and just progressivley worsened. Not capable of elaboration or any form or reasoning, most of the time also summarize and elaborate concepts in the wrong way, so is not reliable at all. is supposed to speed up your process but i think it slows it down. furthemore it constantly crashes even the paid version, effectively slowing down your workflow. I repeat, it started very well and now got really terrible. i'm not paying my subscription for sure

I have been using SciSpace for quite some time, but it is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any tool. The AI results are pathetic, general, and repetitive. The customer support is extremely bad—or even worse (I don’t have words to explain). Their billing procedure is terrible; once you subscribe for a month, they automatically charge you for the next month, which is very strange. I wish I could give negative stars, but there is no option.
