I was initially prompted to reach their support team for my login issue on the iOS app, but then I realized that I hadn't had the chance to recognize the powerfulness and functionality of Scispace. While the issue is pertinent to the limitation of the UI of the iOS app (one that falls outside of the Support Team's scope), the anonymous support team member remained informative and supportive throughout the conversation. Glad that this platform is run by an excellent team like them.
