Did not delivery, but refunded quickly
Their website front page said that they could deliver posters for the conference at which I was attending, but the poster did not arrive at the center. I had to scramble and missed a fair amount of the conference. However, I do praise them for refunding me quickly after I was able to contact them and explain the problem.

Hi Devon, I just checked your order. Your poster is printed and shipped same day like promised. We use Fedex delivery service. If Fedex has weather delays, the posters are delivered late. In this case we claimed it and refund your full payment back to your cc.
