when I pay premium for expedited…
when I pay premium for expedited service and I am told it is delivered early next morning. For me early means 6-7 am and not 11am. This is very misleading and unacceptable for a premium service.

Hi Ana, we are very sorry that you did not receive the poster early enough. Since we ship via UPS Next Day Air service, delivery time is always by 10:30am. This is not under our control since UPS does not offer 6-7 am delivery service. Please email us so we can at least issue you a refund for the late delivery.
