2 serious con's
2 serious con's. One week until CFA exam and the software KEEPS crashing continuously. Secondly, their software design for the new CFA level 3 computer based exam is very, very average.

Terrible - worst provider - never use them
Terrible - website down at the most crucial time. Full of errata. Terrible customer service - every attempt to call, no matter what extension goes to "Our websites are down, check back in 30 mins" At the MOST crucial time.

Portal does not work
The CFA Exam is literally next week, and the Kaplan portal keeps crashing and only getting worse. I dont know what to do. Today I can’t even log in to the initial page. This is really unacceptable.

Terrible company and service
Website consistently down a week before exams. They no longer send you the exams in print so I am forced to use their online site. This is unacceptable.

Kaplanlearn.com has been down repeatedly over the last days, just a week before the exams. This is not acceptable!

The website is very often unavailable…
The website is very often unavailable in the last days, meaning you cant use this expensive product in the critical days just before your exam. Before going down the website slows down, so you are already wasting your time using it. The customer support is not available. Obviously they are trying to ignore the refund claims. When I bought the product, the mobile app (iOS) was also not available. I dont know if they fixed it, but its a great thing to advertise something on ur website, and then not providing it. The text books are good in my opinion. Without the print edition (coming with extra cost) you would be even more dependent on the website, which would be devastating.

The Kaplan Learn website has gone down…
The Kaplan Learn website has gone down repeatedly over the last week or so. My exam is in 4 days, and I am freaking out. They provided me with mock exams for my trouble. But guess what? When the site is down like this, I cannot access them! Totally useless. Never relying on this company again.
