Serious online performance issues
On the week prior to the global CFA exams we are experiencing serious issues with the online study tools. Servers and Websites are not responding, making the study materials useless at the most crucial time. Will not buy again for L3 exams - useless and overpriced imo.

Service is poor
Service is poor, multiple LONG crashes everyday (like you cannot access the website for 2 hours multiple time in the day) Website crashes right in the middle of practice exams. This is not tolerable for the price charged. Especially when the exam is 1 week ahead. I genuinely advise future candidate to aim for another prep provider. If i pass or need to retake i won't go w/ them anymore.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Their website and online services are down. 1 week to exams. And I'm not in America so probably can't even get a refund. A waste of $1000.

The website fails the critical 2 weeks…
The website fails the critical 2 weeks before an exam... Its like unfathomable. I don't even care about the money (which is crazy expensive). I just want the website to work so I can study on my days I took off... and now I am just sitting here doing nothing (for the entire last 2 days).

Unacceptable website crashes pre-exam
Unacceptable website crashes and outages in the days leading up to the exam. No customer support on the weekend and when I finally was able to get through I was told they had no idea what was causing it or when it would be resolved. When I asked why they hadn't emailed their customers they said this wasn't possible on their systems - despite sending out frequent marketing material. Avoid at all costs to prevent additional stress - other providers exist.

No website access leading up to the exam
Schweser has great material to study with. It's just a shame that they cannot get their website to function for 2-3 weeks before the exam. Their tech support has no ETA. Twitter has been silent for days and unresponsive to pleas for help. Precisely what you DO NOT need when studying for a difficult and career-changing exam, moreso given how much they charge relative to their peers.

I have had problems with schweser for…
I have had problems with schweser for months. Have wasted so much time emailing and calling them and yet they keep running in circles telling me I am the one with the issues and not them. Their website crashes often, and on top of that they have had so many errors on their curriculum and have had some horribly written exam questions and solutions. They are arrogant and their exams do not mimic the exam day experience.
