Very upset with my experience so far. I paid for the premium package to study for my level 1 of the FRM. I spent over $800 on this package and I cannot even access the course materials to begin studying! Its been 2 weeks and the FRM is in May! I need to start studying ASAP and I expected so much better from this company especially when I paid such a premium for the course materials. Customer service keeps telling me the release is delayed which is nonsense because there are people that have been studying for weeks now! If this continues I will write a horrific review and report his company to the BBB. When you pay this price for materials that are the equivalent or half of some peoples rent per month I would think that this company would take things a lot more seriously. Unacceptable

Wanted a extension due to my inability to take the course as I changed positions, the company gave a canned response about how they could not do it. No understanding at all. Will not take another course with Kaplan again and as a banking professional will tell anyone looking to do the FRM to avoid Kaplan.

relying on it to pass the CFA level 2 may 2021 exam but badly failed. the recommended topic to focus on never came in the exam while the part said not fundametal came. Not talking about the Q banks of more than 3000 questions that I did and did not really help .. I bought the pass protection package but now they do not make it easy to have access to it ..

I bought (20/07) the Essential package for the 2022 Level 1 CFA. At the moment of acquisition they promote that all the functionalities are working. The surprise after they have granted me access was that they had a lot of activities available late of June and other available late of July. I waited till beginning of August, but they changed again the release day to "Available mid august". I don't recommend them, they are not serious source for your learning. Seems that trust is not one of their values. The quality of the materials (which are available) is quite good.

Obviously Kaplan Schweser became too fat. They charge a lot and don’t just do nothing but even don’t provide what you paid for. I’ve been waiting for the Schweser Notes videos I purchased as part of the essential package for a month now and they are not available still. You wonder what’s the hell? Me either! Everything support says is “Thank you for your request, we can not help you, just wait. Please write us if you need help!”. Disgusting customer service, lying and indifference. If they returned my money I would better try something else.

Just when there were only two weeks left to the exam date, the website kept crashing and even though I was writing to the support several times, there was no explanation, no apologies, just a standard email saying that they're currently experiencing issues. I was not able to do my Mock exams and continue with my studies before my exam. I am not saying it is Kaplan's fault in case I failed, but certailny Kaplan hasn't helped me to pass. Very disappointing

I purchased the CAIA Level 1 essential package, and am seriously regretting it. Top complaints: 1. There are many questions in the Q bank that are not explained or discussed in the text ANYWHERE. The question explanations even give you the exact section and learning objective they relate to in the text and if you read the entire section there are question topics not mentioned once. This is ridiculous. 2. There are many topics that are over-simplified to an extreme, which may sound like a good thing, but its not. If you read the same section in the official text from Wiley there is SO MUCH relevant information that is completely omitted. A lot of this omitted information is essential to understanding the topics. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. They may be great for the CFA, but they definitely are not for the CAIA.

Consistent site problems in the weeks leading up to exam. How is increased site traffic in the days before a major exam "unexpected"? When your customers spend over $1,000 for access to an unreliable website, your response should be more than a single apology tweet with no resolution.
