Avoid with CAIA at all costs.
Avoid with CAIA at all costs. Kaplan has continuously shipped the wrong books to me, 10+ times, resulting in my paying customs fees several time for the wrong books. (plus 10+ hours of calling internationally) It was stated I would get a refund for this, but every time I call for an update it is stated they will email me back and every time this does not happen nor do I get an reply back if I follow up. Plus I keep getting wrong shipments from UPS still send to my house, which I no longer accept (as they require custom duties), resulting in UPS also being annoyed with me as I don't accept their packages, even though it is the fault of Kaplan. I have been busy with this matter since September and lost precious study time. --- Provided the requested information and again no response from Kaplan Schweser...

Great material and poor delivery
Mobile applications should allow us to view and use content online. This is minimum expectation. And you failed to deliver on that. Further more, it was so difficult to access the material in easy to use pdf format, which meant that I couldn’t use my iPad to take notes and summarize content easily. This is by far my worst experience

Worst service
I purchased the digital SchweserNotes for level 3 (May 2022) I failed and have to rewrite in February. When I tried to access my notes it expired. This is ridiculous given that those that purchased a hardcopy have lifetime access to their notes. The curriculum for 2023 hasn’t changed. How can you charge someone USD399 to regain access to their notes? *update: still no help. My order number: #26019061

The videos are incredibly boring and…
The videos are incredibly boring and skip steps you would need to know in order to solve the problems. The candidate resource center gives you all the same information for free anyway.

The customer service was useless
The customer service was useless, kept requesting a refund within the specified time period and they kept switching me from one representative to another for couple of days. Until the refund time frame has ended, then they notified me that i cant refund it. Absolutely piece of….

Material was not provided timely
Material was not provided timely, I believe the package I signed up for was to have on demand videos and was told that was not the case after the fact. Was very loyal to Kaplan when going through the CFA, and extremely disappointed to be let down for the CAIA program.

Looks like the portal is very slow…
Looks like the portal is very slow again. Many people had this issue last year. Also, Kaplan were very slow to grant access to the portal when I wanted to start studying in December.
