Website Down For Two Weekends In a Row
For two weekends in the row, the CFA study service has been down. I have been unable to access study materials and unable to contact support as they are only available during weekdays. I have not even received a response to my support email from when their service was down last weekend! I am deeply disappointed in this test prep package which cost $700 and will never be using this provider again. I would strongly recommend you stay away as well less you end up in the same situation.

CFA learning ecosystem crashes at worst times
I have used Kaplan for Level 1 and 2 of the CFA exam. In the weeks leading up the exam, the learning ecosystem would crash and be offline for hours on end due to assumed the high user demand, at peak studying time (mid day, weekends). Kaplan has it so you can only call them during the week, and the "contact us" contact is an automated email that is generally not answered quickly. Kaplan is aware of this issue and has done nothing to rectify it, and given the cost of the packages (in some cases over 1000 USD) there are better alternatives out there.

Avoid like the plague
In the last two weeks before my CFA level 1 exam, the study bank website has been down constantly. When people have reached out to customer service, they get the line, copied and pasted, that you are paying for an as available service. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE.

Not satisfied with the experience.
Not satisfied with the experience this time around. It seems that the website is not capable to handle the volume of users. Due to the instability of the website and many server error messages, I cannot complete and review practice exams efficiently in the few weeks before the exam. Unacceptable if you pay almost $400 for additional practice exams. Kaplan, please sort out these issues!

Lack of Support and System Issues
The online portal became unstable over the weekend 3 weeks before the exam period, and it took Kaplan over a number of days to get the issue fixed. The issue is now recurring again this weekend. The technical support number does not work and no one replied to the escalation email that I sent. The lack of support and system unavailability this close to the exam is simply not appropriate and highly frustrating given how much it is at stake for the candidates.

Beyond Disappointing
Honestly it was horrible. The website never worked. DAILY I would get "Oops something went wrong and we're not sure way" The app on my phone was even worse. Worked less off. Bough the "mp3" notes but those are reliant on the app and never worked. Not to mention the horrible reader who couldn't pronounce common investment words. If I didn't get the hard copy books I would have easily failed just because the website was working long enough for me to study.

Horrible for CAIA L2
Great for CAIA L1, but terrible for CAIA L2 given Qbank way too easy compared to real exam, and not enough math questions to prepare for real exam. Also, why no formula sheet?
