Website = Absolute Trash
Website = Absolute Trash This site is absolutely awful. I promise they'll respond back to these review saying "we have had certain issues recently and working hard to fix it..blah blah blah". This isn't a one time thing, this has happen CONSISTENTLY over the last 1-2 years. They clearly are not addressing the true root issue. God forbid you actually wait on hold for at least an hour to speak with tech support .. if you can get ahold of them or student support during your work hours. I will never buy from this company again. There are many other providers out there that produce just as quality of a service. We pay hundreds and thousands of dollars to this company for nothing.

Website constantly crashes which is especially significant when exams are upcoming and you pay for the reliability of the service. Switching to a different provider for my next exam

NO WEB PORTAL WEEK BEFORE EXAM
As per title, totally unacceptable for what they charge. It should be obvious that it will be a high volume week for the servers!

Slow, dysfunctional, and unreliable site
In general, the CFA test prep site is very slow and buggy, and -- as of this review on 5/15/2021 -- the site is completely down (unanticipated outage) and has been for over 3 hours. Outages are unacceptable on a $700-$1000+ service, especially given that for many candidates the test is in a handful of days (e.g., no access to mock tests to prepare). Edit: Despite Kaplan's response below, the issues are NOT fixed and the site continues to crash and trip offline as of 5/18.

Extremely bad
Extremely bad technical maintenance. It's days before the exam and the study system is just down on a weekend, when you need it the most. Phones work only regular hours Mon-Fri, emails are unanswered, no clue if anyone is even looking into this. And that's for a $1,000+ bundle. I can't be more pissed at this. I would recomend Kaplan do a better job maintaining a system, especially when students need it the most

does not worth the money
does not worth the money. site is down half of the time especially close to the exam, the offline material are down to ( ???) no response from their emails.. waste of money.. they used to be good but not anymore

System down
This is ridiculous... The system is down continuously 2 weeks prior to the exam which is unacceptable.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
The system is always down. This has been a common occurrence for months and not days. This is a joke when customers are paying and RELYING on your materials and service. CFA is 2 weeks away and you are a disappointment once again.
